Terms
We will immediately process your order when
payment is by Mastercard or Visa. You may pay by check, but those
orders must wait to be cleared from the bank. Shipping charges within
the Continental United States are included in our prices. The cost
of any other type of shipping will be added to the order.
Returns
We offer the finest quality urns available. We will accept refunds and exchanges up to 14 days after shipping on most products. Due to the high quality and value of our urns and the drastically low prices we offer, it is difficult to absorb our handling costs for full returns. As such, we will accept returns for most urns less the actual shipping and processing charges. However, some of the specialty products we offer including jewelry and ALL engraved products can not be returned. If any order is damaged when received, it will be replaced at no charge. If you have a question regarding our return policy on any given urn, please ask before we ship.
Quotations
If you wish quotations for items not found
at our showroom, please provide us with the name of the manufacturer and
model number. We will make every effort to provide you with the item
of your choice at the same discounted price of our featured products.
Shipping
Most of our products will be shipped within
48 hours of processing. However, some engraving requirements might
extend this time frame. We do make every effort to have all orders
shipped within 5 business day. Our normal method of shipping is UPS
ground.
